Surprise visit for young patient from Townsville Fire players

One of the young patients at Townsville Hospital and Health Service, Bethany, had a surprise visit from JCU Townsville Fire basketball players with a special present in tow. 

Our ambassador, Steph Reid, and her teammate Lara McSpadden, made a special trip to give Bethany a shirt she was promised the last time Steph visited the hospital.

After a quick reunion, Steph and Bethany became fast friends again, playing in the children's ward until it was time for the players to return to their training.
